Try Indy RC, they are the importers (Horizon Hobby Distributors) for JR into the USA.

I'm new to the hobby, so this may seem dumb. maybe you should try running a few less cells. 12 cells is 14.4 volts. Are you using a laptop battery? do you use a servo with metal gears?

Tower hobbies can not/willnot/ect. sell JR servos and parts. They are competitors (Great planes is Tower, Horizon Hobby is Indy r/c) and it Would be like a Ford dealer selling Chevy's. For that same reason, Indy can not sell Futaba stuff. Both sell Airtronics and Hitec.

They do sell the gears, but you will probably need to call the phone number to get them. I only have the "Back door" number, and I cannot give it out.
