microfreak, like TFRmicro said, give it a try. you'll feel much better driving your micro with the body on, when you paint it yourself.

The Micro was the first body that I painted. Trust me, it was as easy as pie to paint. Just go out and get a can of lexan spray paint. Start off with a VERY light coat (more like a dusting) of paint and let it dry. Keep repeating this over and over until the entire car is painted and voila!!!...your first body is painted. Just like the others said, you'll feel a lot better knowing that you painted it and not someone else and it gives you a sense of accomplishment. Plus, you're going to have to learn sooner or later how to do it, so just give it a shot...you'll be fine.

Like they said, take your time and you'll surprise yourself. If you really don't feel like painting, I will volunteer my services. I'm not a pro but can lay down some nice designs. It will cost you $7.00 in mailing (to and from).

Try it yourself first. Or contact me at:

Nine time out of ten it will crack off. I have never had any luck with non-lexan paints.

I use Faskolor, thier great. If your using cans, pactra makes good paint. Both should be available at your LHS.

My LHS carries Pactra lexan paint in cans. It's pretty good.

If you are interested in having someone paint it for you, we'll be happy to do it. Check out our web site for some of the bodies we have done - www.cosmo-graphics.com

The prices there are for 1/10 bodies and those prices include the body, so if you need a price you'll have to e-mail us for a quote.

If you still need I can do it as well.I used to paint for a few local shops, I do helmets, bikes, cars...you name it. A single color or multi it does not matter. Im no pro but I am an artist and I am good!

I wish i had an air brush to paint my bodys really well. i used an hpi 1/10 scale toyota celica and painted it blue with red/yellow flames on it. I kinda wish i had faded the red and the yellowi could have with and air brush
