What are some good hop ups to get for the 18t, specifically something that was made for it, I know a lot of people are buying the Losi shocks for the T and putting them on there 18t. I want a site with hop up parts that were designed for it. I went to AE's site and all they had was the 18t and no list of upgrades.

I found on towerhobbies (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/WTI0095P?FVSEARCH=rc18t&FVPROFIL=++) that they have the FT parts from AE and some other parts. Heres another place (http://www.rc18tonline.com/hopups.php) that has a good list of hopups but no pics. And another place (http://hobbypeople.net/part/38330001.asp) . :)

Are there aftermarket shocks available? I read that the shock retainers tend to pop off really easily and the only remedy is to ca them on (which I don't want to do).

Some people are using the losi front springs for the mini-t as they are a little longer than the stock rc18t ones. So they put more tension on the retainers.

You can also use aftermarket mini-t shocks from Integy or GPM.

Thats exactly what i had to do, whenever they popped off i would have oil everywhere after bashing around and jumping off curves, put a little CA and now no worries. Dont plan on having them too much longer anyway.
