what pitch gearing does the tlt use? is it the same as the rest of the 1/18 scale does? 48 pitch, if it is mini t or m18 pinions would work.

it's 48 metric which is not the same as the standard 48 you're used to on the hpi, losi, or xray.

you will need to either buy new 48 metric pinions, or buy a standard 48 spur to go with the pinions you already have.

Do I need to get any gears for the TLT 1

Like does it come with the one that goes on the motor?

You don't need any gears, it comes with a pinion to run. You will however have to supply the motor to put it on.

A word of advice, don't start assembling until you at least have the motor. It's darn near impossible to get in after the assembly.

comes with aluminum pinion gear and also a spur gear
so basically everything in the tranny cept the motor

24T metric pinion (48 pitch)
63T metric spur (48 ptich)
