My buddy stripped his motor mount holes in his Orion elite motor last night at the track. I just thought I'd let you all know that 2-56 screws fit nice and snug to repair the problem. You will have to slightly increase the mount holes in the motor plate to allow for the bigger screws.

I dont know about fixing the tabs, but i know how to prevent them from breaking.
I put some hot glue around the tabs so they would not bend a flex. So far its worked!

I used two 2x5mm cheese head screws. Works perfectly.
Team Orion has sent me new motor tabs...I'm out of commission till then.

Yep, I did have the 'stripped' screw problem. After further investigation, I found that they are not stripped, however the stock screws are not long enuf. I am currently looking for some 2x6 shcs's for the motor.
I had to take quite a bit of material from the backcover to get the wire to fit, but it worked.
Great board guys,

Regarding the stripped screw problem, MiMicro is right. The button heads are not long enough. I used one of the other phillip head screws that the kit came with that is just a tad longer and the fit is awesome. It's the slightly curved head one not the completely flat screw. No modifications needed.
