Good question! :D I've been itching to race my Skyline all winter. Does nobody want to challenge other Micros...?

Not 'til next winter? What will we do until then...? :D

I've been debating wether or not to clean up the wiring inside my Micro. I don't want to cut and splice all the wires if I'm going to use the ESC in other cars over the summer.

I asked the guys at St-Roch to open a class for the Micro, but their answer was:

To open a new class their must be at least 10 cars registered to be accepted.

The topic has been raised before about allowing Micro RS4 to race, but their seems to be no interest in them here, people our more interested in racing TL01 (which are cheaper, tough and run great). The cost of Micro RS4 is too high (compared with a TL01) for many who just want to race once in a while. We could use regular electronics to save money, but most I've seen, have micro electronics, which are quite lighter, work better and more expensive. To race, people would have to purchase these item to be competitive. Most people that have the Micro's use these electronics, and they would not like to have to put them aside for a stock class.

Personally, I don't see why the electronics are such an issue. All you have to do is make a rule. Isn't that how racing works? LOL Use regular sized servos and receivers, and small ESCs. Simple enough I think...

Just on the north shore. Right next to Ste-Therese, Blainville, Rosemere, Lorraine, etc...
