when did you get a 380 last time i chekedyou only had a 300 that you were selling
and i think you could splice ona conector to the batt to make it have 2 conectors one for rx one for esc
u need to know how to properly splice though

Here's what you need to do. The connector has 3 wires. Black, red and signal. The channel 2 port needs the black and the signal to operate. You can split the black and run it along with the red to the battery port for power. That should get you running.

KT-I gave my speed 300 to my freind because I had what I thought was another speed 300 but i found out it was a speed 380. I dont have it anymore though because it cracked a brush or somthing.
Trick Parts- are you sure that it has signal? im pretty sure it just has - and + for the battery, but i know servos have all 3

you said you wanted to use one battery for drive and rx on a non bec esc you do this my splicing the rx battery wires onto the battery pack that u want to provide power
this only requires 2 wires not 3 this because it is a non bec esc
so it doesnt have a wire that provides power back to the rx
thats why u add a extra out from the battery pack
