Has anyone any idea how to install this 3 kW brushless in this 1/28 scale model? :D

you need to make a motor plate, or alot of ducktape.lol

I did think of having giant clamp over the motor and big, really big rubber wheel on the motor shaft so the car tires would spin let's say 10 times faster than the motor shaft. Oh, motor turns about 30000 rpms on 20 cells. Uh oh, 20 cells, I forgot, where can I put them? Trailer or something?

Its Lehner 2230 series... This means 22 mm rotor (magnet diameter) and 30 mm in lengt. It weights 390 grams.
For Micros they have big range of 1010 or 1015 series. But the biggest is bad @$$ 2280 series @ 800 grams!

Check out the pics of their speed runs (right side of their page)
... then go to the event pictures on the next page...
There's a burnt speed controller... like, extra crispy! (12 cells, but hey!)

Can I go little bit of topic?
The boat speed event is called the SAWs (straightaway). There are many classes from frikin fast 4 cells (more than 40 mph) to ultra fast up to 32 cell class.
That piece of burnt electronics once called ESC was driven on 24 cells I think. It burnt because of high voltage spikes created by long wires due to voltage induction at high current not the current itself!
This year there will be again SAWs in LA. From 8 to 10th November and I will be there (I am from Slovenia, Europe; only 5 more Europeans will be there). 100 mph is the magical mark and ruimors say it will be beaten! Currently I am working on two boats, one 18 cell and one 24 cell, I will not achieve 100 mph , but I am looking for 75 to 85 mph. My motors turn at full load from 40 to about 46k rpm. Nice melody ;)
Can you imagine what kind of speeds could be reached if this motorization is used in specialized cars? Water is 1000 more dense than air...

cruising that rum runner hobbies website i saw that thier motors and controllers are fairly affordable and you'd easily be able to work out a system for the micro rs4.
practiacality wise though how much power could the micro rs4 wheels put to the ground. Ther eis only so much available tractions which is easy enough to break with the motors currently available.
it would be fun thought to plop a brushless motor inside a micro rs4 and watch it dominate the track. at least the straights.

for comparison.. the 2280 is about the size of a soda can...

If you do get it working, don't forget to install a wheelie bar and a parachute!!!!! May the force be with You.
