Hello:
I dont race in Texas and for that matter I dont even live there. I am coming to Dallas for business this weekend, Oct 12-13, and was wondering about any good hobby shops to check out. I'm into just about anything RC and especially micro hop up parts. Do you have any recomendations?
Thanks

I'm a newbie to the micro scene. It's also been quite a while for me with R/c's. I'm looking for anyone in College Station who knows of any place to race. Or would like to get together and race them, or just any cool info. Thx

Iam from arlington and I too am looking for a place to race or even talk to the local track owners, most of them I know to see if they will start a micro class.

hey Bennie... You live on Campus? I asked the guys at hobbytown but they are useless. I just run my micro in the parking garage at night. Plenty of room, just have to be aware of people driving every now and then.

no, i live in an apartment, but I am a student at A&M. Yeah, the guys at Hobbytown said there is a decent sized group of people here who race them, but he didn't know who they were. He said that they come into their shop on occasion. Where do you go to drive yours. So far I've just chased my dog in my living room, but it is too small to really get it going. I also just got it though.

Looking for racing interest in the dallas area. I have automotive shop with space indoors for a temp track if anyone is interested in helping to get started. The shop is located in Richardson north of downtown Dallas. Lots of racing exp. but new to micros.

hey, I would be interested, are you wanting to run stock, mod, or both? Right now I am stock(just untill after the HPI challenge), but I plan on beefing it up.
let me know if you want to figure something out.

Yes, either and or both would be great. Im planning on attending the HPI challange as well. However I bought mine used and it has alot of upgrades so i will have to race in mod. I figured we could get a good read of micro interest in the DFW area at the hpi chall, and see if we could get something started. If you want feel free to email me and we can discuss this further
