Mini monster question

I am curently designing a mini monster and have come up with three problems, how do i mount the motor, I want to build a solid axle but don't know what to use, and how do you set up stearing? THe rear suspension arms are three inches apart, and I am using a suspemsion set up simalar to the mega Force. Chasis mock-up (http://community.webshots.com/album/48982941MfGrev)

That is a mock up to figure out hoe it will work, the real one will be aluminum.
