are lipos and litium ions always better

Now I understand more volts almost always equals more power, and speed. BUT what about amps. Which of these two batteries are better.

In this case the 650kans will do........i would rather have 10amps over 4........a speed 300 motor requires 5amps to run good.

That lipo is wacky, normal lipos with that Mah-voltage have a 20-30 discharge rate.
