Another Rookie Lipo Question

Sorry to sound retarded, but how do I hook up my three wire Lipo battery to my Castle Creations Thunderbird 9, which only has two wires, red and black? Also, how would I charge it as well? I have a Graupner Liop charger that has the two wire connection as well.

Ok, something's not right.

If you've got a 3wire connector on your Lipo, then that must be the Balancing plug...which means you should ALSO have the regular 2 wire as well (the balance plug is extra and should NOT be the only connector in the pack).

Where'd you get the pack? Can you provide a picture?

It's funny. When I went back to dig up the info about the battery, everything was explained on their site. Although there is only 3 wires total, white, black and red; there is an explination at:

The batt was 19.00 for anyone who is interested.
