well just finish qual 1,,, im the number 5 car and that is when I start for my race against the clock,,,,,
while driving I was nervous and I knew I wasnt driving as fast as I have in the past,,, too many things going through my head,,
" I hope I dont snap a wheels screw,, dont take that line,, is the turn marshall paying attention,, why wont I drive faster,,, when will that screw snap,,, boy the track is dusty,,,, why did that guy stop right in front of me,,,,, jump fool dont just sit there"
well they put 5 of us with novice guys aswell,,, I got 3rd place,, did 12 laps in 5 minutes 28 seconds,,, first place got 5 min 16 seconds
I have one more qual and then the main
btw im running the truggy
qual 2
out of seven cars we started in reverse order ,, im still number 5
finished first place with a worse time than before
11 laps in 5:24
at the end of the race I was hot dogging ,, hit a jump and tht crappy alloy rear hinge pin brace snapped,,, thank god...... the steel one is inplace now
a main
3rd on grid ,,,, buzzer sound GO!
first turn always a mess ,, now im second,,, then right before the quad I had gotten stuck on a pipe,,,, costing me valuable time and placing,,,,,, by race end I place 4th with 12 laps at 5:22,,,,, i will post results later
