some gearing help?

Question for you guys my mlst has dual insanes,front and rear cvds,front and rear swaybars,blue losi threadedshock bodies with white springs at all four corners and mini kingpins on plastic racing wheels.Now my question is I just installed a 55 tooth aluminum spur gear and right now I have the stock pinions installed I think there 22 tooth should I stick with this setting or try something difrent I'm not really going to bash with it I'm hoping I can do some carpet racing if one of the local shops decide th redo their track thanks for any help :eek:

You might want to test it at the track, cant say for sure what pinion to use since everyone has there own opinion.......just play with the pinion settings at the track or if theres another racer there then you might want to ask that person.
