Best Batteries

I'm new to the hobby, I need to know specifically which batteries to buy and what charger is easy for an idiot like me to use "lol", and where do I get these batteries and charger. For right now I plan on using a stock motor and intend on racing stock class until I get use to the racing atmosphere. I seen on this forum that piranha makes a good charger, is this true and easy to use? Please Help
