The Horizon price seems too high to me, we expect it to sell somewhere around $85.
The B1-R is smaller than the Spy, has a computer interface, on-board QuickTune programming, LED light bar, on-board temperature reading and solder posts.

And dont forget Lipo cutoff.
Tricky, commented at rcuniverse, but something to ask here. Anyone going to run these at this weekends RC Madness Nationals warmups?

Does it come with the usb port for the interface or is that sold seperately. That is nice man and just wanted to welcome you back on the boards, havent seen you in a long while.

They won't be at the warmups:( I wish it were possible at this point though.....
As for the USB link, the "HotWire" as we're calling it, will be sold separatly.

Darn but its nice to know that you can interface with the esc using the link......so whats the biggest motor size that the esc will be able to handle.:)

Motor limit is 370.

Nice, so it will have no probs at all running mod motors like the 17t Reedy and Cobalt motors.

I dont suppose you mean 380 by chance? Otherwise that leaves out the Vendetta and MI series, and the Atomic motors. :(

Yeah, it is in fact 380. It will handle them just fine.
As long as you run the mini battery packs, it can only supply the ESC with x amount of current, so it really depends on the battery situation.
I'll do some further testing and see just what it can really handle.
