I was reading thru the details on the charger. Couldnt figure out how fast it will charge the battery. Any guesses would be apreciated. 10 hours to 4 ...maybe 3???

Depending on the batteries mah and the amperage you set the charger i would say about 35-40 minutes, even less if the pack has not been fully rundown.:D

Go to your local hobby shop and get the MiniT wall peak charger (http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=LOSB1206) instead. Its half the price of the one listed above, and will suit your needs for now.
It should take about an hour to charge on it. Ask them for or to create an adapter for you to plug into your radio shack battery.

And you should also start using nimh in the radio as well, so this way you wont keep putting new batts up in there...just charge it up.....:p
