I bought a Baja Mini-T yesterday, and I not sure if I have an issue or not.

Everyone needs to know that I'm really new to R/C, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

When ever the radio is turned on, the servo makes noise as it vibrates back and forth very rapidly. By adjusting the steering trim to a certain point I can make the noise, almost a squeaking sound, go away. However, when the steering is adjusted as such, the car will no longer track straight.

Is it normal to have the servo make noise when the car is stationary? If not, what should I do to fix this?

Yes that noise is normal. It just means theres a tiny bit of load on the servo and the servo is trying to keep itself straight.

Should I be able to adjust it so that there is no load on the servo when the wheels are straight?

There is a tie rod that connects the servo to what looks like a dampening device.

Is it possible to adjust this tie rod? Do I just pull the rod off of the balls or is there a specialize removal procedure?

Acually that is what the tie rod between the servo saver (dampener) and servo is for so you can straighten your wheels without using the trim. It only takes a tiny bit of pressure to make a servo do that and it wont hurt the servo at all so I wouldn't worry about it.
