I'm new to th 18th class, but not to rc cars. It's been 15 years since I have played, but I'm back. This time with a better budget! I'm also from Houston and plan on checking out the indoor track in New Caney next week. I just bought the 18MT yesterday and I'm already looking for upgrades. I'll be lurking in the threads for days looking for good tips.

I'd love to hear from some of you Houston guys when you are going to be at the track!!

Welcome to the forum my homey!:D Im from Houston also! But Im also a bearer of bad news. Sorry about that, but K&M now runs 1/8th scale and MTs nowdays. You would be hard pressed to find 10th scale electric buggy's anymore since the track is so rough.

The good news is, M18 onroad is alive and doing very well in Houston. Heres where we race at.
