i came across one of these at the shack and it turned out to be one of those why not buys.its intended to be a drifter but when i charged up batts and took it for a spin it wasnt drifting at all.it would understear a tad bit(even tried treads in front) and didnt seem to have enough power to drift, wich could be because of the rechargable batts since ther only 1.2v per cell.so i have decided to make it a project, only using the spare parts i have lating around.so far i havent done much but am in the middle of putting a 9.6 batt pack in it and may put a 45t hpi motor in it as it seems like a dirrect swap with a lil sanding.heres some pics.

i finished the 9.6 mod and took it for a spin, well it was spinning allright maybe too much cause i couldnt get it to go straight,it would really help if the control was pressure sensitive cause my options are fllloar it or nothing.another problem was that it kept doing donuts to the left, even when i turned the tires the other way but im working on that as we speak, hopefully i can get it drifting to my liking soon.never the less heres some pics, and the bottom straps are popsickle sticks:D
