Hello all, my name is Nick. I haven’t even thought about Micro RC in about 20 years. People laughed at me way back when, but now I feel vindicated when I see the activity here on this board. There appear to be lots of choices nowadays. How cool! I have to wonder how much better the new stuff is.

I am looking for some pictures and information to add to my web page about what are now vintage toys.

First in my collection is the Kyosho Baja Buggy. It is 1/20th scale I believe. Is this the first of the micro buggies? Does anyone have a picture of the box? Does anyone have the instructions in a pdf or something?

What I have down so far is posted here:

I have one of those that I got from eBay about a year and a half ago... I have the box that I can take pics of... and my instructions are somewhere...:)

I've been afraid to run it because the tires are so soft that I didn't want to wear tham out...and you can't get the replacements... I've looked all over for tires... but when I DID run it... it was awesome... handles great and it's fast

Hi xcnick and welcome to YourMicro.com ;)

Things have changed with small scale and it seems as if the Micro scale market is mushrooming. We have so many choices nowdays, even Kyosho got back into the loop with the new Half-8 buggy.
Enjoy yourself at YourMicro.com :)

Thanks Mondo. I had a great weekend going over all my old RCs, running them, then making a little web page. The next bunch I did was Kyosho’s other product that used the small radio: The 1/8th Motorcycle. I started a new thread for this: http://www.yourmicro.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16922

I take it Akura2 can see my email in my profile. It will be great to add these two pictures.
