Hey YourMicro! Some of you know me, some of you don't. For those who don't, I will give you some insight on what makes me tick.

I started R/C about 6 years ago with an Associated B3 sport. It was a fun buggy, but back then, I could never afford to get her running right, let alone race. I drive her frequently for about a year. She sat in my garage until earlier this year when I finally sold her.

About 3 years ago, I got into Micro R/C. At a mall outside of Pittsburgh, I bought a Panther Chariot, then acquired a MicroSizer Pro kit. Both had the top upgrades of the day, dual nimh cells, etc.

In January of 2004, I purchased an Xmod. It held my intrest until about July, when I purchased a Mini-T. Currently, I am sponsored by Aon electric, and running one of their motors in my Mini-T, along with a Mamba M-25 ESC. I control my cars with a JR XS3 Pro transmitter.

I had an iWaver 02 CLK for awhile, but I lost intrest in it after the FETs blew on my 3rd day of owning. That was sold in April.

I also have a Tamiya TLT-1 Rockbuster. She is ready to go, minus ESC. I am not sure if I am going to sell her or not, racing is straining my pocketbook.

For a short time, I had a HPI Super Nitro RS4 Rally. Believe it or not, nitro didn't hold my intrest that well, and that will be shipped out monday.

So that leads us to now. I just purchased an Xray M18, and I plan on using my Brushless system and XS3 in it. GP1100mah batteries and an Hitec Hs-81MG servo will aid in controlling my car. I have some big things comming up for this car, as off-road 1/18th racing is almost non-exsistant around here when the local club announced they will not be running in the hall this winter. You can see me at R/C Screwz Raceway in Canton, MI or Rider's Taylor with the Downriver R/C club on Sundays running.

Thanks, and I hope you guys can learn as much from me as I have learned from you.

Welcome to YourMicro.com :)
It's nice to see more seasoned RC'ers joining us.
Please do Post pics of your Brushless Mini-T in the MicroGallery Forum ;)
I'm sure our Members are as curious as I am about the performance of the Aon Brushless motor.

Once again, welcome to YourMicro and have fun

Do you have to tease me like that?

Any word from that painter about painting up some shells like that?

I think that's a digital render - not a photo or bodyshell...

Sounds good, keep me posted. My M18 should be here thursday.

On another note, is there way you could replicate the Front enf of the Mini-T Crowd pleazer to fit on an RC18? I know it may be asking a bit much, but I think the CP 2.0 is ugly as sin.

My son and I have RS4's and Mini-t's...We run them in parking lots and in the dirt at my house....We have a small motocross track in the back yard that we use to run the T's. Couple of neighbors and there kids have Mini-t's as well.....Few beers later and were all about the big air competition. Used to run the rs4's at Larry's performance RC in sterling heights when I worked over there. Good lunchtime stress relief.

Sounds cool.

I will drop you a line next time we go to the track and maybe we can run together? R/C Screwx said "3 is a class" so if myself, you, and your son run, we could have some good racing. Heck, we could run the on and offroad cars there!

Man that sounds cool.....Problem is I'm building a house at the moment and it's getting close to crunch time,,(move in) prolly about a month...And I think Canton is about a little over a hour from us..No fear though,,,I check these forums daily so keep in touch. It has been hard to find time to play when my wife wants me to work....Waaaaaaa

No problem. How far are you from dirtburners? We run off-roads there as well. There is also supposed to be a 1/18th only offroad track in brighton, but that is pretty far away.
