w00t!!!!!!!

This had arrived for me when I got home.
It's a T-Bone Racing Delrin front bumper I bought on Ebay last week a baragin at $9.25
I much prefer the functionality of Delrin instead of the bling and bend of alloy/aluminium bumpers.

This mounts over the front bumper and covers most of the A-Arms and shocks.
It screws in over the front bumper's lower screw holes and you use the 3 standard screws.
The 4th screw fits right at the back, but the material is quite thick, in fact too thick for the standard screw.
I re-countersunk the hole a little deeper and fitted a longer pan head screw as I didn't have a countersunk screw long enough

Another area that needed attention was the rear of the mount under the chassis. It's a flat edge, like a step and my instant thoughts were that this would get caught on an obsticle if reversing in rough terrain.
I Dremeled a nice angled slant on the edge to ensure it will slide over obsticles opposed to getting hooked up

Nice bumper Mondo. One like that should be a necessity to protect the vital parts. Plus its cheap too. :)

I have heard a lot about there bumpers....and another great thing is that if the bumper breaks all you do is send it in and it will be replaced for free. The owner of the company hangs out at the 18t forums on One18th. Nice Mondo and dang that bumper is thick, should hold up to lots of abuse....:D

Nice mod's Mondo:D . Is this the Mid-T size, it looks like it covers alot of the front, good to see. They also have something in the works to deal with the front hinge pins.
