Tony talked a little about it here http://www.one18th.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15339&page=3&pp=25 go to post #57. There wasn't much details, but it should change the angle of the shocks he said. Someone else actually talked about it before I asked him, and they did it to add a few millimeters to the trucks length. When they flipped both arms over, the truck got a little longer and supposedly more stable from the extra length:cool:

hi guys
the anti squat bar does make the truck sit higher people use this to stop the rc18t bottoming out it gives the shocks a slightly different angle (more upright) my self came up with a different idea using rs4 springs (http://www.uk-microrc.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=111)
i aslo moved the rear shock mounting inwards and used the center mounting hole on the shock tower (no pics sorry) this gave the rc18t a better stiffer rear end.
this is my standard bashing setting now
