Without any announcement whatsoever you have disabled the use of VB Code in signatures. Why was this done? Is there anyway you will enable it again?

I noticed everyone's VB code was showing up, liek the color and the url things....

Yeah, I think it has something to do with certain members linking to things like "Titties and Beer" and chicks with guns, just a guess though. I personally thought they were funny.

LOL yeah, It was probly because of those link. None of them actually were pronographic though....

We got so many complaints that we just had to act immediately and wait for a thread like this to explain. Most of the sigs were fine but several showed a trend of getting worse and worse, and at the request of a number of members, we had to disable them. Please think before you post or change your sig. The forums are viewable to anyone on the web. Try to act responsibly. Please update your sigs to something appropriate and we'll think about re-enabling tags.

Thats ***, doh, i mean, homosexual, doh, i mean, all sexual generaliations are wrong. I betcha all these complainers are the bunch of *****es, i mean, err, wussies, that snitched on you all through high school. None of the sigs truly violated the terms of use... And yourmicro, this is why you should re-enable private messaging. That way complainers can complain to the *gasp* offenders and you don't have to take crap... And people on the micro market won't need to email each other every time they have a 4 word question to ask someone about their stuff...

You have a point MicroDude, but if people complain thenthe easiest way to fix it is to just get rid of it. And about PM's that's because of bandwith usage.
