i was looking around and seen this, they make a micro pack and bearing or somthing, but isnt it better to have a thrust bearing there instead??

Yes. Some guys are using those.A thrust bearing is made for side loads. A standard bearing is not. You probably need to use a conical shaped washer on top of the standard bearing before you tightnen the lock nut down or you defeat the purpose and you might as well put the plastic bushing back in.

i think that bearing is a rip off. the thrust bearing is cheaper than that.

ebay sells a complete micro rs4 bearing set for $9, by team hommies. it also incluse two of those bearing you see in that web page.

no, no missing bearing. i have it my self. believe me, its a much better deal than that $9 single bearing.

will I also need washers to protect them? I can only find the 8 dollar incomplet set.
