Oil shock wt.?

I just bought some oil shocks (team losi) and i was wondering what wt. oil do u guys use? I run a 5 cell stock motor with the 300 armature and magnets in it.

I'm using 25 wt. Shock Oil right now. It seems to be a little stiff in the front though. The back is perfect. I run on a pretty smooth track and it handles jumps and ruts very well.

i am running 35 weight all arround and this seems to be the best oil i have run. 25 the rear would hit too easiles still and 30 was a lil better but 35 is the best soo far

hey... I haven't gotten my 25 weight oil yet, but since you seem to have it, have you tried 25 in the front and 35 in the rear? I was going to try that combo. maybe u could tell me in advance if it works well or not.

does anybody know what oil losi and gpm uses? just wonderin since i have a set of GPM comming in from the mail

I am using 20 and it is a bit loose. The car bottoms out all the time. i need to get some of that 35t.

yah... for GPM, you definitely need new oil. Most people like 40 with them, because it comes with something like 100? I'm not that sure, but I know you shouldn't use it.

I race my truck every week and have tried preety much all the oils out there, but I have found that the 30wt oil works very well on most tracks.

I used Associated oil, since that's all I had and it is what i race for 1/10 scale. AE all the way:D I think it would be tight if Losi came out with a Mini-XXX buggy. That would be so sweet!
